Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for an Assistant Branch Manager in El Paso, TX. This role supports talent acquisition, staff development, and branch profitability while coordinating procurement, inventory, shipping, and warehousing.

The position requires 5+ years of experience, the ability to manage the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager, and a valid MVR check due to vehicle operation. Spanish proficiency and Oracle experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in branch operations or management.
• Ability to manage branch in absence of Branch Manager and drive sales/profitability.
• Ability to coordinate procurement, inventory, shipping/receiving, warehousing, and sales per organizational policies.
• Operate company or personal vehicle with acceptable MVR report requirement.

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition, development, and retention of branch sales and operations staff.
• Manage branch in Branch Manager's absence and develop strategies to grow sales and profitability.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory, shipping/receiving, warehousing, and sales per policies.
• Resolve branch-level problems and investigate inventory discrepancies.
