Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations in El Paso, TX. You will be accountable for financial performance, asset protection, staffing, and driving sales with a focus on superior customer service.

This role requires 7+ years in a related field, and the ability to operate a vehicle as part of the regular duties. You’ll collaborate with vendors and leadership to expand market share and ensure compliant, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Must operate a company or personal vehicle (>20% of the week) and pass an MVR check.
• Ability to manage P&L and inventory for the assigned location.

Responsibilities

• Owns profit and loss and inventory/AR for the location; targets EBIT, ROS, ROI.
• Safeguards assets and oversees inventory procedures.
• Ensures staffing levels to meet service and financial goals; uses training to develop sales/ops skills.
• Builds relationships with existing and new customers.
• Acts as liaison to leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Monitors local market trends and develops strategies to grow market share.
• Collaborates with vendors to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensures operations comply with policies and regulations; safety and environmental duties observed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
