Job summary

Lonestar Electric Supply is seeking an experienced Branch Manager in Texas to direct daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure top-notch customer service. You will lead hiring, training, and performance management while partnering with senior leadership to meet sales and operational goals.

The role requires leadership strength, strong communication, and experience in warehouse or branch management. Prior Epicor Eclipse ERP experience is a plus, with a focus on growth and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise branch staff and day-to-day operations.

• Lead regular staff meetings and provide guidance to achieve objectives.
