Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time roles with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

We provide complimentary RBT training, mentorship, and advancement pathways in a supportive environment for those pursuing careers with children with autism. Roles involve 1:1 work with children, ABA-based interventions, and collaboration with BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients and perform lifts up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
