Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to work with children with autism in various settings.

Part-time positions offer training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and potential career growth as caseloads expand. Roles include 1:1 ABA-based sessions under BCBA supervision, with opportunities for advancement to full-time as students progress and schedules permit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
