Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles. Part-time positions offer potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. We provide complimentary RBT training and pathways to BCBA careers.

Roles emphasize working with children with autism, 1:1 ABA sessions, and collaboration with BCBA supervisors. Local travel may be required; state licensure and certifications apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is preferred.
• Ability to engage clients actively during sessions and collaborate with families.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
