Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education or related field is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and travel locally if required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Record data to track client progress and communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend supervision, team meetings and ongoing training.
