Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and Experienced RBTs for part-time roles with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

We offer complimentary RBT training, a supportive environment, and a clear career growth pathway from BA to RBT. Roles involve working 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, with travel as needed and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology or education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions and ongoing training.
