Foundations Minnesota, a new entity within Universal Health Services (UHS), seeks an outgoing Business Development Representative to join the Eden Prairie Outpatient Treatment Center. You will establish, develop and grow the assigned Twin Cities territory and specific accounts, engaging new and existing referral sources with mileage reimbursed for travel.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, psychology, business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in performance driven sales, event planning or business development.
• Experience in account development and proven ability to close sales.
• Knowledge of addictions, dual-diagnosed/co-occurring disorders for adults preferred.
• Proficient computer skills (e.g. MS Office, Outlook, Excel, CRM software).
• Must have a good driving record and be willing to provide annual Motor Vehicle/Driving records.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and grow the assigned territory and specific accounts throughout the Twin Cities area.
