Job summary

Foundations Minnesota is seeking an outgoing and hard-working Business Development Representative to join the BD team at our Eden Prairie Outpatient Treatment Center. This salaried, full-time position covers the Twin Cities region and requires travel throughout Minnesota, with mileage reimbursement.

The role focuses on establishing, developing and growing assigned accounts, driving results with new and existing referral sources, and supporting growth of outpatient services, including the Pride

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health, psychology, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in performance-driven sales, event planning, or business development setting.
• Experience in account development and proven ability to close sales.
• Knowledge of addictions, dual-diagnosed/co-occurring disorders for adults preferred.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Excel).
• Must have a good driving record and be willing to provide annual Motor Vehicle/Driving records.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and grow the assigned territory and specific accounts throughout the Twin Cities area.
• Drive results for the region by engaging both new and existing referral sources.
• Travel throughout Minnesota with mileage reimbursement; this is a salaried, full-time role at Eden Prairie Outpatient Treatment Center.
• Afternoon/evening schedule, Monday through Friday.
