Qualifications

• 2-4 years of leadership, coaching, or management in retail.
• 2-4 years of sales leadership and service goal achievement in retail.
• Working knowledge of banking policies and procedures; GED or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead the banking center to meet service levels and performance goals.
• Open deposit accounts, process loans, and guide team in growing accounts.
• Coach and develop associates, onboard new clients, and lead daily huddles.
• Build partnerships with specialists to deepen client relationships and drive revenue.
• Ensure compliance with BSA, CRA, privacy, and related regulations.
