Qualifications

• 2-4 years demonstrated leadership/mentoring in a retail environment.
• 2-4 years proven success with multiple sales leadership processes.
• 2-4 years personal experience in sales and service with goals.
• 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Open deposits, accept and key loan applications, close loans, and guide the team in growth of accounts and loans.
• Lead daily huddles, team meetings, and performance coaching using the ROPE model.
• Develop strong internal partnerships with Specialists and other banking partners.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulatory requirements.
