Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication across in-person, phone, and electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer with sustained attention to monitor.

Responsibilities

• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and teller transactions.
• Addresses customer inquiries and fulfills basic servicing requests (cards, changes, PIN resets, checks).
• Develops relationships with customers and stays informed about their banking needs.
• Educates customers on digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM).
• Supports branch and team members to resolve customer issues.
• Refers complex needs to internal experts for specialized guidance.
• Follows bank processes and regulatory requirements and manages operational risks.
• Aims to achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to promote technology and services.
