• Diagnose electrical, drivability, mechanical, and performance concerns with diagnostic tools.
• Complete digital multi-point inspections with notes, photos, and videos.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with Service Advisors.
• Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and proper operation.
