Valley Nissan Mitsubishi in Longmont, CO is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary contact between guests and our service team. You will help guests understand maintenance, communicate recommendations, and keep them updated through the repair process.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide a welcoming service experience.
• Document vehicle symptoms and review maintenance history.
• Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and services.
• Review vehicle inspections with guests and explain recommendations.
• Maintain communication with guests through repair process.
• Explain final charges and follow up to build long-term relationships.
