Job summary

SecureSpace Self Storage in Miami is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support Store, Area, and District leadership. You will help drive unit rentals, customer satisfaction, and smooth operations across locations, with weekend and holiday scheduling as needed.

You will assist with vendor relations, inspections, and light maintenance while promoting a positive customer experience and teamwork within the facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in storage, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong use of the English language in verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in surpassing sales targets by promoting unit rentals, warranties, and moving supplies, and collecting positive reviews.
• Guide new customers through the rental process for smooth, efficient transactions.
• Reach out to potential clients to confirm moving dates and ensure units are ready and secure.
• Assist in handling past-due accounts and lien/auction paperwork.
• Contribute to exceptional customer service and address client needs effectively.
• Conduct daily property inspections to ensure security, cleanliness, and upkeep; perform light maintenance and gardening as needed.
