SecureSpace Self Storage in Plano, TX seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and leadership team. You will help maximize unit rentals, move-supply sales, and customer satisfaction while maintaining store operations and security.

Role requires flexibility for weekend work, strong English communication, and willingness to travel occasionally to other locations. Training and growth opportunities are emphasized in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in storage, retail or hospitality.
• Fluent English in verbal and written communication.
• Provides consistent support to Store Manager and acts as backup.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surpassing sales targets by promoting unit rentals, warranties and moving supplies.
• Guide new customers through the rental process for smooth transactions.
• Reach out to potential clients to confirm moving dates and ensure units are ready and secured.
• Help manage accounts of past-due tenants and process lien/auction paperwork.
• Contribute to exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
