SecureSpace Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support Store, Area, and District leadership in a fast-growing self-storage environment in New York. You will drive sales, oversee daily operations, and coordinate with teams to ensure exceptional customer service and security across the facility.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compliance with safety standards, and weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum (1) year of experience in storage, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong use of the English language in verbal and written communication.
• Provides consistent support to the Store Manager and acts as a backup in their absence.
• Customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Promote unit rentals, warranties, and moving supplies to surpass sales targets.
• Guide new customers through the rental process for smooth transactions.
• Reach out to potential clients to confirm moving dates and readiness of units.
• Manage accounts of past-due tenants and support lien/auction paperwork.
• Conduct daily property inspections for security and upkeep.
