TitleMax in Prescott, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, support customers with financial services, and develop a high-performing team. You’ll drive account management, customer outreach, risk management, and ensure compliance while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.
• Must be 18 years or older; valid driver's license and car.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications.
• Conduct daily campaigns to market services and build new business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a customer-service focus.
• Maintain POS customer data accurately and securely.
• Provide coaching to staff to meet quality and safety standards.
• Perform duties outside the store when needed, including on-site appraisals and errands.
• Meet performance standards by leveraging partnerships and hosting in-store events.
• Maintain store appearance, safety, and compliance with laws and company policies.
• Maintain a full-time schedule with regular in-person attendance, including weekends.
