Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long hours and work in all weather.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a 10-15 employee team and ensure teamwork and safety.
• Provide exceptional guest experience through friendly service.
• Maintain facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.
• Assist in limited admin tasks and quick checks on equipment.
• Support training and development of staff at every position.
