Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Thomaston, GA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a 10–15 strong team at a fast-paced car wash site. You will help meet daily and weekly goals, ensure superb guest service, and model top-tier operations and safety standards.

Competitive starting pay at 18.00 USD per hour with weekly commissions, plus a work-life balanced schedule and clear path to higher-level management roles. This role requires standing long hours, outdoor duties, and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Ability to stand for long hours and work in all weather.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
