Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a 10-15 person team on site, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. The role combines hands-on supervision with light administrative duties, in a fast-paced car wash environment.

You'll be responsible for training staff, maintaining equipment, and upholding safety and quality standards while working varied hours, including evenings and weekends. A path to higher management awaits.

Competenze

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
