Job summary

Carrols LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at Burger King to lead shifts, coach team members, and uphold quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards. You will work closely with the RGM to drive sales, labor efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

You are a hands‑on leader focused on people development and operational discipline, with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators to build skills and growth.
• Ensure BK brand standards, service quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory and cash control while managing operations.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to drive guest satisfaction and performance.
