Job Details

Responsibilities:

• 1. Assisting the General Manager in the overall management of the restaurant operations.
• 2. Managing food inventory, ensuring that the quality and quantity of food supplies meet our restaurant’s standards.
• 3. Overseeing food costs and budgeting, making sure that the restaurant is maximizing profit while delivering excellent food quality.
