Job summary

Regional Finance is hiring for an on-site Assistant Manager in Greensboro, NC. You will drive loan sales, build customer relationships, and coach team members while applying underwriting techniques to inform lending decisions.

In this role, you will manage delinquent accounts, ensure compliance, and educate customers on loan options. A high school diploma is required, with preference for two-year degrees and bilingual Spanish/English candidates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Ability to handle cash payments.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation.

Responsibilities

• Exceed individual and branch-level loan sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Assist in training and coaching of new team members.
• Apply credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive informed lending decisions.
• Manage early-stage delinquent consumer loan accounts (1-30 days past due).
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence in lending activities.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional products.
