Job summary

Monks is seeking a Content Strategist, Amazon & Marketplace, to own and optimize client product content on Amazon. You will plan priorities, write and optimize listings, and publish via Seller Central and Vendor Central, measuring impact on rank, traffic, and conversions.

This hands-on role works with account managers, ad managers, and an offshore publishing team, aiming to improve shopper discovery, conversion, and brand loyalty while minimizing returns and negative reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Amazon content and SEO work at an agency, brand or marketplace service provider.
• Fluent in Seller Central and Vendor Central processes and tools.
• Experience with Helium 10, Pacvue Commerce and Brand Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Plan content calendars aligned with revenue, ad focus, promotions, launches and seasonality.
• Create product content, keyword research and ensure accuracy, brand voice and Amazon compliance.
• Publish content via flat-file uploads in Seller Central and Vendor Central and resolve list‑price issues.
