Job summary

My Team ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and community settings. We provide full training for newcomers and room to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Education: High school Diploma or College Degree required.
• RBT 40-hour training is required prior to working with a client.
• Experience: 1 year as ABA therapist or 1 year with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Dependability: Consistency and reliability are crucial for success.
• Knowledge of Autism and related behavioral interventions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with early learners and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities in home or community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and individualized treatment plans for children aged 2–21.
• Conduct discrete trials, natural environment teaching, and various skill-building and reinforcement methods aligned with the treatment plan.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and enter into EMR daily.
• Collaborate with clinical team meetings and ongoing training.
