Job summary

My Team ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in the home and community settings across Georgia. We provide full training for newcomers and offer room for growth, including RBT certification and BCBA pathways.

Full-time employees receive medical/vision/dental, 401k, and three weeks PTO. We seek dependable individuals with a high school diploma or college degree, RBT 40-hour training, and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree required.
• RBT 40-hour training required prior to working with a client.
• One year experience as an ABA therapist or 1 year working with children with disabilities/autism preferred but not required.
• Dependability and reliability are crucial for success.
• Knowledge of Autism and related behavioral interventions preferred.
• Integrity and professionalism are essential.
• Positive attitude, patience, and excellent communication in English.
• Background check required.
• Reliable car and driver's license for commuting to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home or community.
• Implement behavior intervention plans for children ages 2–21.
• Conduct discrete trials and natural environment teaching.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition; enter into EMR daily.
• Collaborate with BCBA and clinical team; participate in trainings.
• Maintain open communication with families and supervisors.
• Receive supervision from a BCBA at least 5% of services.
• Uphold BACB Ethical Compliance Code for RBTs.
• Resolve conflicts professionally and maintain boundaries.
