Oak Street Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Sr. Manager, Growth to accelerate our rapid growth by leveraging analytics and strategic thinking. You will partner across the Growth organization to identify data-backed solutions and implement initiatives that drive growth.

Based in a remote setting, you will report to the Lead Director of Sales Excellence and collaborate with Product, IT, Telephony and Workforce management to optimize performance and ROI across the Sales organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics or growth teams.
• Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Proven ability to own initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Excellent reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a growing team of Sr. Associates and Analysts to perform data analytics to inform decision-making and ensure smooth operations within the Sales Call Center.
• Own forward key initiatives to improve velocity of growth and ROI of acquisition spend.
• Collaborate with growth leaders to develop and maintain daily / weekly / monthly reporting, driving insights and action items to improve performance.
• Collaborate with Product, IT, Telephony and Workforce management to ensure smooth operations for the Sales Call Center.
• Develop materials and lead discussions with relevant organizational leaders.
• Other strategic / analytical priorities, as determined by Lead Director of Sales Excellence.
