Job summary

Pennylane in Paris is seeking a Growth Operations & Automation Specialist to join the Growth team, shaping automation, data, and AI initiatives across Marketing and Sales. You’ll design scalable workflows and connect our stack to drive lead activation.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to identify use cases, implement agents and workflows, and champion GDPR and data governance while delivering measurable growth impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Growth Ops, Marketing Ops, or automation in B2B SaaS or scale-ups.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical workflows.
• Proficiency with n8n and multi-tool automation architectures.
• Familiarity with CRM data, scraping, enrichment, and scoring.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable automation workflows and maintain complex multi-tool pipelines.
• Automate prospect data enrichment, scoring, and activation processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with data warehousing for insights and opportunities.
• Drive AI adoption and create reusable agents/workflows across teams.
