Job summary

CMS Roofing & Restoration is seeking aGrowth Marketing & Automation lead to own and accelerate a major company-wide initiative. You’ll build AI-enabled marketing, automation, and analytics systems that scale in a real operating business.

In this role you’ll own growth tech, experiment with new capabilities, automate lead routing, and develop dashboards that tie marketing to revenue. You’ll collaborate with ownership and a small, capable team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on growth marketing or revenue operations.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising and attribution.
• Experience coordinating contractors or freelancers.
• Ability to build dashboards and data-driven decisions.
• Comfort learning unfamiliar software and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Map and audit the existing marketing and sales ecosystem.
• Identify automation opportunities in CRM, advertising, and reporting.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Tech, and Analytics.
• Build and improve workflows and dashboards.
• Develop and implement a repeatable content system.
