Job summary

Finary is seeking a Growth Intern to execute growth initiatives across channels and build data-driven automations. You will work in an AI-native environment, shipping from week one, with a hybrid on-site setup in Paris.

You will collaborate with the growth team to drive subscriber conversion, lead generation, and content strategy, while learning fast and delivering tangible results. Ideal candidates bring an AI-first mindset, high agency, and strong written communication in French and English.

Qualifications

• Must-have: AI-first mindset, uses AI daily to solve problems and accelerate work
• Must-have: High agency, acts without waiting for permission and drives tasks to completion
• Must-have: Analytical rigor, structures problems and defines metrics

• Nice to have: No-code automation experience (n8n, Make, Zapier)

Responsibilities

• Growth execution across platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok)
• Support SEO and website tasks: blog articles, optimization, keyword research
• Build and optimize CRM campaigns to convert free users into subscribers
• Assist on paid marketing: campaign setup, monitoring, optimization
• Support Finary One lead generation, partnerships, PR, and brand initiatives
• Data & automation: build dashboards to monitor performance
• Design and implement automations to eliminate repetitive workflows
• Leverage AI tools extensively: agents, workflows, analysis, reporting
• Bring data-driven recommendations to editorial and marketing meetings
