Job summary

Malt in Paris is seeking an AI & Automation Engineer to design and scale workflows that power our CRM, surface timely signals, and enable personalized outreach at scale.

You will work with Salesforce, enrichment providers, and data sources, build integrations across the toolchain, and test ideas with beta users before production. This is a hands-on role centered in our Paris office with growth opportunities and equity.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience building automated workflows and integrations.
• Experience with LLMs and AI tooling, plus SQL and scripting.
• Proven collaboration with commercial teams.
• Professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI & Automation workflows integrating Salesforce and data sources.
• Maintain integrations across the commercial tool ecosystem.
• Detect buying signals and route them into workflows.
• Build a personalized outreach engine using LLMs.
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize the roadmap and train users.
• Document architecture and reliability patterns.
