Job summary

DoorDash’s New Verticals Fulfillment team is expanding with an Associate who will test, iterate and scale product features to ensure merchants fulfill orders quickly and accurately.

You will sit in the Fulfillment, Logistics & Catalog group and work cross-functionally with Engineers, Data Scientists and Designers to drive improvements across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• 1–3+ years of experience in relevant fields such as consulting, strategy, operations, or tech.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills; SQL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze metrics to drive business decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Own and deliver on improving key metrics and quarterly/annual plans.
• Lead cross-functional work streams with engineers, data scientists and designers to develop product features.
• Own end-to-end problems and motivate the team to exceed expectations.
