DoorDash, Inc. is expanding its New Verticals Fulfillment team by hiring an Associate. You will test, iterate and scale product features and operational initiatives to ensure merchants fulfill orders with speed and high quality.

This role sits in the Fulfillment, Logistics & Catalog group within New Verticals Strategy & Operations and is an individual contributor position. You will analyze customer feedback, own metrics, and collaborate with Engineers, Data Scientists and Designers to deliver

Qualifications

• Analytical, data-driven mindset with comfort using numbers and storytelling.
• Strong Excel skills; SQL experience preferred.
• 1–3+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, operations, tech, banking, or startups.

Responsibilities

• Test, iterate and scale product features and operational initiatives.
• Own and improve key metrics and drive quarterly/annual plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Engineers, Data Scientists, Designers) to build product features.
• Own problems end-to-end and motivate teammates to excel.
