Job summary

DoorDash is expanding its New Verticals Strategy & Operations team in the United States, including offices in San Francisco and other cities. This Associate role in Fulfillment Strategy & Operations focuses on testing, iterating and scaling product features and operational initiatives to ensure fast, accurate merchant fulfillment across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail.

• 1–3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree completed.
• Comfortable with data, Excel, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Test, iterate and scale product features and operational initiatives to improve merchant fulfillment.
• Own metrics and pull levers to drive impact across Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol and Retail verticals.
• Lead cross-functional work streams with Engineers, Data Scientists and Designers to deliver best-in-class features.
• Own problems end-to-end, raise hands to solve ambiguous issues and empower teammates.
