Job summary

Flodesk is hiring a Growth Operator to own how Flodesk shows up in AI search results and turn AI search into a durable acquisition channel. You will lead AI search optimization across Flodesk's content portfolio, blending SEO, content strategy, and applied AI to ensure citations when prospects ask about email marketing and automation.

This hands-on role reports to the Group Product Manager, Growth. Expect audits, CMS changes with AI tooling, content drafting to publishable standards, and

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in SEO, content marketing, or growth with AI search optimization.
• Track record of moving growth metrics: organic traffic, AI citations, sign-ups.
• Strong technical SEO: structured data, internal linking, crawl health.
• Hands-on with CMS like Webflow; capable of end-to-end content updates.
• Exceptional AI prompting aligned to brand guidelines and accuracy.
• Data fluency: GA, Search Console, and AI visibility tools; able to manipulate data.

Responsibilities

• Own Flodesk's content inventory across site, blog, and tips; prune and consolidate.
• Evolve AI content structuring; set templates for AI summaries and citations.
• Draft and edit content to publishable standard in collaboration with brand.
• Ship site changes; maintain technical SEO hygiene (canonicals, speed, crawl).
• Measure AI visibility and SEO metrics; biweekly progress reports and tests.
• Expand distribution beyond site to Reddit, YouTube, and other platforms.
