Retell AI, a fast-growing voice AI company in Redwood City, CA, seeks an SEO Strategist to own end-to-end organic growth. You will design systems, build content moats, and leverage AI to scale content and workflows.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to embed SEO into surfaces and user workflows, while driving aggressive experimentation for durable growth in a competitive SaaS market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SEO or growth roles.
• Proven track record of driving 10x+ growth through SEO.
• Strong experience with technical SEO and on-page optimization.
• Hands-on execution; you ship, not just plan.
• Experience using AI tools to scale content and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO strategy end-to-end.
• Build content pillars and ensure consistency across docs, blogs, landing pages, and product.
• Design scalable growth systems and programmatic SEO loops.
• Leverage AI to generate, maintain, and evolve content.
• Own technical SEO and on-page optimization including site architecture and indexing.
• Partner with product and engineering to embed SEO in surfaces and workflows.
• Experiment aggressively and move fast to learn what works.
