Job summary

Flodesk, Inc. is seeking a Growth Operator to own how Flodesk appears in AI search results and turn AI prompts into durable acquisition channels.

You will lead audits, ship CMS changes, draft content to a publishable standard, and report on AI visibility. You’ll work closely with Growth, Brand and Marketing to inform content strategy and ensure Flodesk’s voice and positioning are captured.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in SEO, content marketing, or growth.
• Track record of moving growth metrics with measurable results.
• Strong technical SEO foundation including structured data and crawl health.
• Hands-on CMS experience (Webflow) and end-to-end content shipping.
• Exceptional AI prompting skills aligned with brand guidelines.
• Data fluency in GA, Search Console, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Content portfolio management across flodesk.com, blog, and tips; prune and consolidate content.
• AI content structuring and templates for AI citations.
• Content production with brand voice and usefulness.
• Technical execution: structured data, canonicals, site speed, crawlability.
• Measurement and experimentation on AI visibility and SEO metrics.
• Multi-platform distribution beyond the site.
