Job summary

Evlo AI in New York, NY is seeking an SEO/SEM Specialist to own organic search growth and paid search performance across high-intent acquisition channels. You will blend technical SEO, content strategy, keyword research, and conversion analysis to drive qualified traffic and pipeline.

You will partner with content, product marketing, web, and demand-generation teams to improve discoverability and funnel efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, growth marketing, or digital acquisition.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, GSC, Tag Manager, and SEO platforms.
• Experience managing paid search budgets, campaign builds, bid strategies, keyword match types, negative keywords, and conversion tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies covering technical audits, site architecture, internal linking, metadata, structured data, and core web vitals.
• Conduct keyword and competitor research using Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog
• Manage paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including account structure, bidding, budgets, ad copy, and landing-page alignment
• Build and maintain dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio, or similar tools to report rankings, traffic, conversion rate, CAC, and pipeline contribution
• Partner with content and product marketing teams to create search-led briefs, optimize existing pages, and identify scalable content opportunities
• Run experiments across ad messaging, landing pages, audience segments, and bidding strategies to improve qualified conversion and return on spend
• Translate search performance data into prioritized recommendations, forecasts, and quarterly growth plans for marketing leadership
