Job summary

Pearmill is expanding its client operations with a Junior Growth Manager who owns day-to-day accounts, coordinates across teams, and builds scalable systems that keep work on track.

You’ll work closely with clients and Growth Managers, shape workflows, manage timelines, and build behind-the-scenes automations that scale across paid media, analytics, and reporting. Our AI-native approach will empower you to experiment and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in client-facing, agency, or marketing coordination roles.
• You enjoy creating processes, systems, and templates.
• Excellent written communication: clear, warm, polished.
• Genuine curiosity about performance marketing and learning quickly.
• Familiarity with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for day-to-day client communication—schedule meetings, send agendas, and deliver polished post-meeting recaps.
• Maintain organization across accounts and keep stakeholders informed about details and deadlines.
• Track deliverable deadlines across accounts and coordinate with channel managers and creatives.
• Maintain creative trackers across all active accounts with accurate statuses and approvals.
• Build and document internal processes and automations with the Growth team.
