Pearmill is seeking a Growth Manager who will report to the Head of Performance. You’ll work closely with clients and our leadership team, owning client relationships and the overall strategy of the accounts.

You will lead day-to-day management across paid-search and paid-social, troubleshoot performance dips, champion experimentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Formación

• 5+ years of direct account management experience in advertising.
• Experience creating processes, spreadsheets, and templates.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator with strong attention to detail.
• Built with AI, including workflow automation or reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset with ability to apply data/analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Be the key point of contact for clients and build long-lasting relationships.
• Lead strategy and day-to-day running of client accounts across paid-search and paid-social.
• Be the most organized member on the team – track everything and communicate to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot performance dips in ad spend and orchestrate solutions.
• Champion the experimentation process to drive learnings.
• Collaborate with paid-social, paid-search, creative, CRO, SEO, and lifecycle teams to implement strategy.
• Identify growth opportunities and blockers to performance.
• Align the team on messaging/goals for weekly client meetings.
• Maintain awareness of performance marketing dynamics and provide insights.
• Support new business pitches and pitch new services to clients.
