Job summary

Panera LLC in Newton, MA (moving to Weston, MA) is seeking a Manager, Growth Operations to lead bakery-cafe openings, remodels, and franchise transitions across the portfolio. Hybrid work setup and relocation within Massachusetts are expected.

You will own critical paths, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage opening orders, and monitor milestones to ensure timely openings and stabilizations. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in restaurant ops or project management preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in restaurant operations, new-unit openings, development operations, project management, franchise operations, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating multi-location projects, vendors, orders, logistics, or critical deliverables preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project & Critical-Path Management: Manage assigned projects from operational engagement through stabilization.
• New Bakery-Cafe Openings & Orders: Coordinate staffing, cafe setup, opening weeks, vendors, and inventory tracking.
• Remodels, Transitions, Closures & FSOs: Manage critical paths for remodels, franchise transitions, closures, and FSOs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Improvement: Coordinate across departments and maintain dashboards for milestones and risks.
