Panera LLC is seeking a Manager, Project Management to drive complex cross-functional initiatives from inception to rollout. The role translates business objectives into executable plans ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and executive sponsor alignment.

Based in Newton, MA with a move to Weston, MA, the position is hybrid. The candidate will partner across Panera to manage dependencies, readiness, and measurable outcomes, traveling as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of project management leading cross-functional initiatives through implementation.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, resources, risks, vendors, and budgets.
• Restaurant/retail/hospitality or multi-unit operations experience preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead projects through discovery, business case, scope, planning, design, testing, pilot, deployment, rollout, stabilization, and closeout.
• Develop integrated plans covering scope, milestones, workstreams, dependencies, resources, budgets, decisions, communications, risks, and success measures.
• Create accountability across project teams and ensure owners deliver against commitments.
• Manage multiple projects or workstreams while maintaining focus on business value, quality, timing, and cost.
