• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years in restaurant operations, new-unit openings, development operations, or related fields.
• Demonstrated cross-functional program and team-leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee growth and portfolio-change projects with status, dates, dependencies, risks, resources, and decisions.
• Assign projects based on timing, geography, priority, and capacity.
• Ensure readiness and provide opening-week support and stabilization.
