Job summary

David AI is seeking a Growth Operations Lead to scale our contributor network powering the Data Factory. You will blend data-driven experimentation with human-centered design to build repeatable processes that create top-quality experiences for contributors worldwide.

You will lead acquisition strategies across channels, design incentive systems, and partner with Product and Engineering to deliver scalable, engaging experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in growth, marketing, or operations at fast-scaling companies.
• Proven track record building and scaling contributor networks or acquisition funnels.
• Able to interpret data to guide actions for CAC, LTV, churn, and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-channel contributor acquisition strategies and scale what works.
• Design and implement incentive systems; partner with Product and Engineering for seamless experiences.
• Run growth experiments across geographies; measure, iterate, and optimize.
• Create high-conversion onboarding experiences to boost early engagement.
• Collaborate with Operations to build scalable screening and onboarding workflows.
• Analyze funnel metrics to reduce drop-offs and improve retention.
