You'll own growth projects end to end, design experiments, and report learnings while collaborating with founders. Flexible with in-person or remote work, full- or part-time terms, and opportunities to impact the product and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own growth projects end to end; design experiments, execute tests, and report learnings.
• Coordinate online and offline distribution to earn attention.
• Improve messaging and positioning to boost conversions.
• Enhance activation and retention from onboarding to habit formation.
• Define success metrics, build lightweight dashboards, and summarize weekly learnings.
