Job summary

Homigo is a fast-growing startup building modern operational infrastructure. This internship puts you near the founder/CEO, with meaningful responsibility on core operations and growth initiatives. Remote or hybrid work with Orange County preferred.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to onboarding, outreach, CRM, data analysis, and reporting, while contributing to strategy and growth plans. A strong candidate is a current student or recent grad with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Familiar with social media, lead generation, or startup environments.
• Current student or recent graduate preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support operational and onboarding initiatives.
• Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and service providers.
• Manage CRM organization, lead tracking, and pipeline updates.
• Assist with operational reporting and data analysis.
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
• Support customer and partner communication workflows.
• Assist with expansion and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with the CEO on strategic and operational projects.
• Contribute ideas to improve internal systems and execution.
