SpaceX is seeking a Business Operations Analyst for Starlink Growth to own weekly and quarterly demand forecasts, long-term planning, budgeting, and financial reporting. You will collaborate across Product Engineering, Software, Global Operations, and Supply Chain to shape growth initiatives and product launches.

The role supports strategic growth programs, analyzes consumer insights, and drives prioritization of initiatives with strong business judgment and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, investment banking, or business operations.
• 1+ years using Excel or SQL for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Finance liaison for consumer growth, owning forecasts, planning, budgeting, reporting, and business cases.
• Drive cross-functional roadmaps and launch planning with Product Engineering, Software Engineering, Global Operations, Supply Chain, and S&OP teams.
• Continuously improve forecasting, reporting, and planning processes for better decisions.
• Analyze financial impact of growth experiments and forecast opportunities to drive prioritization of initiatives.
• Assess consumer insights to identify winning and losing demand generation approaches.
• Lead development and execution of strategic growth programs to maximize customer acquisition.
