Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Experience moving chemical through distributor networks (chemical sales).
• Proposal/contract management experience.
• Proven track record of acquiring new customers and generating net-new revenue.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new customers across distributor networks and wholesale channels.
• Build and execute a growth strategy focused on whitespace opportunities.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline to exceed revenue targets.
• Expand into adjacent markets and uncover new applications for existing products.
• Establish and grow distributor partnerships to extend market reach.
• Drive direct engagement with end users to accelerate product adoption.
